Cancellations on our end:
If we are required to cancel due to COVID, or other reasons, your tuition amount will be fully reimbursed, less a $50 admin fee + small paypal fee.
Cancellations on your end:
All cancellations need to be in writing, and emailed to us.
COVID -related cancellations are fully refundable, less our small paypal + admin fee of $50.
Emergency or other cancellations before May 1st incur a $50 admin fee, cancellations between May 1st & June 1st incur a $150 admin fee, cancellations between June 1st & July 1st incur a $250 admin fee.
Regular cancellations after July 1st, are non-refundable.
Note: our venue has its own cancellation policy for lodging registration.
